In today's column a reader says, "I know there are four former presidents who are still alive, but I want to know how many former Texas governors are still alive.- Abilene.
There are three former Texas governors still alive, of course we all remember Rick Perry, he just left office in January and he's very much in the news with his presidential bid," Zelisko said. "Then there's George W. Bush who we remember more as president than governor perhaps and then we have Mark White who was governor way back in the 1980's."
